With comparisons drawn alongside developments such as the Empire State Building, the Eiffel Tower and the Panama Canal, Heathrow Terminal 5 was set to be one of the world’s most iconic development projects. So how do you engage a vast and disparate workforce to ensure that the project is completed on time and on budget?
The challenge was to create a campaign that went far beyond the message; capturing people’s hearts and minds, creating a state of mind that would last over the entire project timeline. With everyone involved in ‘making history too’ and ‘proud to say I built T5’ our campaign had a significant and positive effect on those involved, enabling Heathrow to achieve their project targets.
